[Question 1] After leaving the school, receive a graduation certificate (for those who have completed credits, internship hours, and licenses)

1. Wait for all the grades to arrive (regardless of whether the credit is needed or not).
2. Log in to the student information system to update communication information.
3. Log in to the student information system to confirm whether the [Graduate Leaving Procedure] is completed.
4. Confirm whether the graduation review in English, the number of internship hours and the certification of 2 certificates have been completed.

After completing the above, you can contact the teaching assistant by e-mail or phone and click to leave the department.

You can bring your student ID to the Registration Section of the Academic Affairs Office to receive your graduation certificate or apply for mailing.

[Question 2] Those who cannot complete the license review or internship requirements due to the epidemic

1. In response to the epidemic situation and the three-level emergency, except for the originally scheduled 6/23 end-of-term administrative meeting,
The Department Office will hold an additional department meeting during the summer vacation (tentatively scheduled for mid-August) to review the professional licenses of recent graduates (level 106) that have not been submitted for review. Please send the relevant documents for license review to [August 15th] Department Office.

2. The department will also extend the graduation qualification review period for fresh graduates to the departmental meeting at the beginning of the next semester (scheduled on September 15). Students who have not reached the graduation qualifications for the certificate or the number of hours are required to report the relevant information before 9/13. The documents are sent to the department office for review.
[If you do not submit for review after the expiry date, please register and select courses by yourself in order to retain the student status of the previous semester of the 110 academic year. 】

3. Students who want to submit the application for Category A internship for review, please send the application form and insurance closing letter to the department office to sign and accept the application before [before the start of the internship]. And before [9/15], return the hour certificate and unit evaluation form to the department office for approval.

1. Application period: From now on to August 31, 110, check the application form, personal statement and relevant supporting documents, and send them in person or by registered mail to the life counseling group of the school's academic affairs office.

In response to the severe and special infectious pneumonia epidemic, the lifeguard certificate of the Department whose validity period expires from January 1, 110 to December 31, 110, the validity of the certificate will be extended for one year.

Lifeguards should complete the recurrent training and safety training hours stipulated in Article 10 of the "Measures for the Qualification of Lifeguards" during this extension.

If it is not completed within this extension period, the validity period of the certificate will expire retrospectively on the expiration date of the original certificate.
